About the BFESG Ambassadors programme

For this programme, we will deliver the following activities, aimed at empowering and supporting Black young people in school; challenging and responding to racism and promoting race equality and cultural diversity within the local education system.

1) Young Black Families’ Ambassadors

2) Conversations & Conversation Workshops

3) Consultation for Change

4) Commitment for Change

Building on the conversations and consultations within schools the project will support schools to identify specific areas for change and develop an action plan to implement these changes.

The project will support schools with the ongoing implementation of the action plan through advice, resources and further training.
