Black students and families to support them to explore and engage with issues of racism, ethnicity, identity and diversity and highlight their views on the key issues and areas that should be addressed within their school in relation to race equality.
To work with all students, e-teams and staff to champion race equality, diversity and inclusion across all equalities areas.
4) Commitment for Change
Building on the conversations and consultations within schools the project will support schools to identify specific areas for change and develop an action plan to implement these changes.
The project will support schools with the ongoing implementation of the action plan through advice, resources and further training.
