Black Families Education Support Group is a charity that exists to help Black pupils and families deal with some of the challenges presented by ‘race’ in education and school communities.
The organisation was established at a time when racism was much more prevalent in society and education, so the community got together to create Black Families.
Work includes Supplementary School, Mentoring, case work, training and workshops.
